This custom electric guitar joins our Luddite line as a luxuriant version of the more meat and potatoes Original Luddite.
The instrument has a rather interesting circuit that includes three single-coil soap bar P90s where the middle pickup is reverse wound so that it is humbucking when used in conjunction with the bridge or neck pickup. There is also a master volume with a push-pull kill switch for the middle pickup. The other knob is a blend pot so that you can pan between neck and bridge either as a single coil or a humbucker.
This circuit provides a diversity of tonal possibilities with a minimum of electronic hardware. It has a set neck and a deeply carved, premium quality book- matched flame-maple top with chambered Mahogany body.
