This electric guitar is the flagship of the Maxwell fleet. circa 1990. Its sculpted penguin-winged body has an engine-turned belly just like Charles Lindbergh’s monoplane, the Spirit of St. Louis.

The Aluminum Maxwell was featured in The New York Times Magazine.
