- ORDER INFORMATION.
- Acquiring a Specimen Product. All of the instruments and amplifiers you see on the site can be ordered directly from Specimen Products via the Web site, by phone or in person.
- We create many of our instruments and amps on a build-to-order basis, but we often have models available in our shop throughout the year.
- Specimen is open year-round from 12:00 - 7:00 PM, closed Wednesdays, Sundays and holidays. Feel free to contact us at 773-489-4830 with any questions about our custom instruments or tube amplifiers.
- Customization. Specimens can be duplicated or modified depending on the client's needs. When requesting modifications to materials and/or design, Specimen will provide a written estimate.
- Timing. If the model is not present in the shop and needs to be built-to-order, turnaround time varies from 1-6 months depending on the current schedule.
- Terms of Payment. Commissions require a down-payment of 50% with the balance due upon completion. For U.S. orders, Specimen accepts cash, money orders, cashier's checks, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. For international orders, Specimen accepts money orders or wire transfers provided in US dollars.
