The Schnellercaster. This never happened for Sears, but it happened here. About a dozen of these guitars exist, half of them with Bigsbys. All of them sold while their paint was still drying. Happy owners include Jeff Tweedy of Wilco, Chris Mills, Mark Greenberg of the Coctails, Wes Hollywood, Archer Prewitt of the Sea and Cake.
These guitars feature:• Masonite and pine body finished in black nitrate with silver-sparkle

• Maple neck with rosewood fretboard

Wes Hollywood is one of the few with enough courage to have a guitar made with his name inlayed in mother-of-pearl on the fretboard.
