Purchase via Mail or In Person:

You can register for our courses and/or purchase a tool kit by clicking on the "Register by mail/in person" button below. Once completed, you can mail the form to our shop along with your payment. You can also come by the shop anytime and we can process your payment.

NOTE: If you are mailing in your registration and payment, please call Specimen (773.489.4830) and reserve your space to avoid conflicts with on-line registrants.

No refunds will be given for registered students. Rescheduling is sometimes possible when there is a waiting list for the class in question.
